Navyaar™ provides digital marketing services including SEO, content, advertising, and web development, tailored to your brand’s goals.
2. Agreement to Terms
By using our site or services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any clause, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, traffic, ranking, or revenue from campaigns. Marketing success depends on many external factors.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Cooperate in strategy and execution
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be cleared before project commencement. Late payments may cause service delays or suspension.
6. Ownership & Licensing
All media created by Navyaar™ and the Wiz Wave team remains our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Content Approval
All marketing content will be shared for approval. Once approved, Navyaar™ holds no responsibility for errors missed by the client.
8. Platform Policies
Client campaigns are subject to policies of platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, etc. We are not liable for rejections, bans, or penalties imposed by them.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared data confidential. We may use non-sensitive parts of work as anonymous portfolio unless opted out.
10. Campaign Delays
Campaign schedules may shift due to technical issues, client delay, or force majeure. Navyaar™ will communicate in advance if this occurs.
11. Termination of Service
We may terminate services due to breach, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior. Any unpaid dues remain payable upon termination.
12. Refund Policy
Services already delivered are non-refundable. Partial refunds are only considered for unstarted work and under valid circumstances.
13. Website Hosting & Security
We provide secure hosting when applicable. However, we are not liable for cyberattacks, external server outages, or downtime caused by hosting providers.
14. Third-Party Access
If access is granted to other vendors or agencies, Navyaar™ is not responsible for damage, edits, or interference caused by them.
15. Technical Support
Basic support is included for 30 days after project handover. Ongoing support requires a maintenance or AMC agreement.
16. Analytics & Reports
We provide access to analytics reports and tracking dashboards for transparency. Interpretation and decision-making remain client’s responsibility.
17. Use of Portfolio
We may showcase your work or success stories in our online portfolio or presentations. You may opt out with a written request.
18. Legal Compliance
Clients must ensure their business and marketing comply with applicable local, national, and international laws. We do not create or validate legal disclaimers.
19. Updates to Terms
These terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use or service acceptance implies agreement to the updated terms.
20. Jurisdiction & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
